The course "Preventive speech therapy for parents" is aimed at preventing and overcoming speech delay in children. The course examines the preventive direction in speech therapy, which focuses on the early development of speech and the prevention of possible speech problems. Particular attention is paid to the unborn child, emphasizing the importance of early communication and interaction with the baby to stimulate his speech development.
The course includes the study of the stages of speech development in children, starting with the active maturation of the speech areas of the brain in the first year of life and ending with the formation of elementary phrasal speech by the end of the second year of life. The importance of early speech initiation and the rules for its development is emphasized through practical examples and exercises aimed at developing sensory, fine and gross motor skills in infancy, as well as conducting the first articulatory gymnastics.
Course participants gain practical skills and knowledge necessary to communicate effectively with children, which not only prevents speech delays, but also maintains speech development in the normal range. The course also offers opportunities for interaction with children, which helps parents better understand and adapt to their children's language development needs.
