Course Information

The World History course is a fascinating journey through time, from the beginnings of civilizations to the present day. This course covers key historical events, cultural achievements, political changes, and social movements that have shaped the world we live in today. Students will study a variety of eras, including ancient civilizations, the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, the Industrial Revolution, and two world conflicts of the 20th century, as well as more recent global events and trends. The course is aimed at developing critical thinking and understanding of historical processes, as well as developing students’ ability to analyze historical sources and draw informed conclusions about the past. This is not only an introduction to facts and dates, but also an immersion in historical contexts, allowing you to better understand the present and anticipate the future.
